On December 1，2023，Jiaxing Industrial Property Leasing Market Seminar was held in Plainvim Jiaxing. Representatives，including leaders of regional chambers of commerce，from different parts of Jiaxing attended the seminar. This event was an in-depth discussion aiming to promote industry prosperity and inspire collaboration by exchanging recent and exclusive industry info and ideas. Through this seminar，Plainvim Jiaxing strengthens its bonds with local industry experts.

活动由平谦国际现代产业园开场，整个研讨活动持续两个半小时。研讨会上，各方分享了所了解到的嘉兴五县两区最新的工业地产行业动态，以及对未来行业发展趋势的展望。

本次活动讨论的议题围绕以下几点展开1、五县两区的新建载体；2、嘉兴高标准载体分析；3、近期嘉兴落地项目、行业及体量；4、制造业、医疗器械行业最新动态等。

The event was kicked off with a speech by Luis Chen, the leasing manager at Plainvim Jiaxing. During this 2 and a half hours, all participated representatives shared their knowledge and understandings of the latest trends of industrial property in the five counties and two districts of Jiaxing, along with their predictions on the future development of the mentioned regions.

The seminar mainly focused on these following subjects: 1. What are the new plants and parks in the five counties and two districts; 2. What are the single-storey plants that are similar to Plainvim Jiaxing’s? How much are their rent; 3. Which enterprises have sited their manufacturing lines in Jiaxing recently? What industry are they in and how big was their investment; 4. Analysis of the latest developments in the manufacturing and medical equipment industries.
