能在建築3D列印領域突圍，源於喜屋科技一支“橫跨建築與科技”的夢之隊。 74名員工涵蓋建築結構、資料、算灋開發等多領域，6名博士、6名碩士領銜研發，其中不乏清華大學、浙江大學等頂尖高校背景的專家，更有6人曾任職於中國建築科學研究院等行業標杆央企。
由浙江大學王海龍教授（博導）帶領的覈心團隊，深耕3D列印智慧建造科技，主持國家級項目50餘項，將學術成果轉化為實實在在的建造能力——從混凝土列印

Nice HOUSE Tech’s breakthroughs in architectural 3D printing stem from its dream team that bridges architecture and technology:

74 employees cover fields like structural engineering, materials science, and algorithm development, with 6 PhDs and 6 master’s degree holders leading R&D. Many have backgrounds from top universities (e.g., Tsinghua, Zhejiang University) and 6 once worked at industry giants like the China Academy of Building Research.

Led by Professor Wang Hailong (doctoral supervisor from Zhejiang University), the core team has delved into 3D printing-based intelligent construction, leading over 50 national-level projects. Their academic insights translate into real-world building capabilities — from formulating concrete printing materials to developing collaborative control algorithms for robotic arms, each breakthrough turns “printing a house” from fantasy into reality.
